What we pack: pulses, spices, sugar and grains from 200 g to 50 kg

One facility covers every shelf size, from a 200 g spice pouch to a 50 kg trade sack. That means one supplier for your whole range — retail, catering (HoReCa) and wholesale.

Products we handle: red lentils (masoor dal), toor dal, chana dal, moong, urad, chickpeas (kabuli chana), kidney beans (rajma), mixed beans, white and brown sugar, basmati and non-basmati rice, wheat and other grains, and whole spices such as cumin, coriander, fennel and black pepper.

Pouch film widths: 320, 360, 400, 480 and 640 mm, giving pouch sizes from 320 mm to 640 mm. Custom sizes are accepted.

Inside our UAE packing factory: advanced automated packaging systems

Our new facility runs stainless-steel, food-grade automatic lines built for consistency, hygiene and speed. Product moves from intake to sealed pack with minimal hand contact.

Multi-head weighing and VFFS packing towers. Raised steel frames feed product by gravity from overhead hoppers into precision weighers. Below them, vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines form the pouch from roll film, fill it to the exact weight and heat-seal it.

Touchscreen-controlled pouch machines. Operators set pack weight, pouch length and batch codes on the HMI panel. Each pouch leaves on the outfeed conveyor sealed, coded and ready for cartons.

Bucket elevators for clean, gentle product transfer. Enclosed elevators lift pulses, sugar and grains to the weighers, reducing dust, spillage and breakage.

Bulk bagging and integrated lines. Dedicated weigh-hopper stations fill 10 kg to 50 kg woven bags, which are then stitched closed. Side-by-side lines let us run retail pouches and bulk bags at the same time.

Certified weighing machines keep every pack on its declared net weight — protecting your brand and your margins.
