Job Description:
Kairno Food, a leading food trading company in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in selling to the HORECA sector. This role involves managing and expanding our client base, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector.
- Identify and target potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, to expand the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA industry.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Kairno Food’s product portfolio and effectively communicate its value proposition to clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales data and reports.
- Coordination & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials targeting the HORECA sector.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the HORECA sector within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the food trading industry and the specific needs of HORECA clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
